Competition Eligibility

Isaithullal is open to dancers of all ages, subject to the following conditions:

• Participants must register within the specified registration period for each competition
• Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent
• Participants must select the appropriate category based on their age and dance style
• All registration fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline
• Participants must comply with all competition rules and guidelines

Isaithullal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any individual who has not complied with these Terms or who has interfered with the entry process.

Registration and Fees

To participate in Isaithullal, you must:

• Pay the applicable registration fee, which varies by category
• Submit all required materials by the specified deadlines

Registration fees are non-refundable except in extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the Isaithullal organization. All registration fees must be paid through the official payment methods provided on our website.

Performance Guidelines

Time Limits

Each performance must adhere to the time limits specified for the respective category. Performances exceeding the time limits may result in point deductions or disqualification.

Music Submission

Participants must submit their music in the specified format by the given deadline. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the music is of good quality and appropriate for the performance.

Costumes and Props

Costumes and props must be appropriate for a family-friendly event. Isaithullal reserves the right to prohibit any costume or prop that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or potentially dangerous.

Content Restrictions

Performances must not contain any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate for a diverse audience. Isaithullal reserves the right to disqualify any performance that violates this policy.

Judging and Awards

All performances will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges based on the following criteria:

• Technical execution
• Choreography and creativity
• Musical interpretation
• Expression and stage presence
• Overall presentation

The decisions of the judges are final and not subject to appeal. Awards will be presented as specified in the competition guidelines for each category.

Media and Intellectual Property

By participating in Isaithullal, you grant us the right to:

• Photograph, video record, and audio record your performance
• Use your name, likeness, and performance in promotional materials
• Share photos and videos of your performance on our website, social media, and other channels
• Create compilation videos or promotional content featuring your performance

You retain ownership of your choreography and performance, but you grant Isaithullal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your performance for promotional and documentary purposes.

Liability and Disclaimer

Participation in Isaithullal is at your own risk. We strive to provide a safe environment for all participants, but we cannot guarantee against accidents or injuries. By participating in Isaithullal, you:

• Acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks
• Assume responsibility for your physical condition and ability to participate
• Release Isaithullal, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue from any liability for injuries or damages
• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isaithullal from any claims arising from your participation

Cancellation and Modifications

Isaithullal reserves the right to:

• Cancel or reschedule the competition due to unforeseen circumstances
• Modify the competition format, categories, or rules as necessary
• Combine categories if there are insufficient participants
• Make changes to the venue, schedule, or judges as required

In the event of cancellation, Isaithullal will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or partial refunds at its discretion.

Modifications to Terms

Isaithullal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or participation in our competition after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
